services available vary throughout the world, they
include installation, training, telephone support,
revision updates, support contracts and IQ/OQ. Consult
with your licensed software distributor for the products
and services available in your area and include them
on your quotations and orders.
Vydata Systems is committed to providing the best

recommend our customers maintain a support contract
with us. This allows them to keep up-to-date with
EnterprisePOS features and allows us to support their
system more efficiently.

Our team of Vydata Systems certified distributors
(VSCD) provides the client with multiple paths to
a successful implementation. VSCD’s use our
best practices approach to the most effective and
practical solution to each client’s specific
needs. As EnterprisePOS is scalable from single
user systems to large, multi-site enterprise systems,
each step in the scale requires the proper approach
to achieve the implementation within practical time
and cost limitations. Our EnterprisePOS DISCOVERY
process is applicable to all levels of implementation
and our implementation managers assist the client
in determining the most probable path to success.
During this DISCOVERY process, the client and the
VSCD will define the client’s expectations
for:
- Functionality required, Timeline to complete,
Tasks to accomplish, Ownership of each task, Resources
for Manpower, Hardware, Infrastructure. Accountability
to management for each step along the way is handled
by the client’s designated VSCD. The end product
of the DISCOVERY will produce an implementation
plan that encompasses all of the above tasks and
expectations.
EnterprisePOS provides the latest technology tools
to reduce the amount of resources in money and manpower
required for implementation. Technology such as:
· Providing the client with a blank, remote
database accessible over the internet to be used
for setup, training and testing of configured data
points, vendors and user configurable reports prior
to the technical, onsite installation.
· Distance Learning sessions that allows
the client to use blocks of time for one on one
training without the expense of travel, meals and
interruption to the normal work routine. Scheduled
one or two hour sessions provide the ultimate in
training flexibility.
The technical installation then becomes only a
matter of installing the system on the customer’s
hardware and activating the configured, tested database
on the hardware.
N0202601 Custom Report Writing Support
The assigned VSCD or a Vydata Systems Engineer
(VSE) will offer a flat rate for support of report
writing and customization. This rate is separate
from the Basic Support Plan. EnterprisePOS software
includes template builders for reports in Crystal
Reports. We include some “example only”
reports with user modifiable source code. If reports
are specifically contracted to be written, they
can be included and supported to meet original design
specs. Any support or troubleshooting of customer
created reports will be based on current rates of

Beyond basic support of your system, Vydata Systems
offers advanced support for customization of your
software interface. This rate is separate from the
Basic Support Plan and will cover any of the interfaces

The course will assist in developing Crystal Reports
for the users of EnterprisePOS.· Editing

connect vs. exported data analysis and basic reporting
