The system comes bundled with hundreds of reports to choose from that can easily be customized to fit your specific needs.

Canned / Bundled Reports

There is a long list of reports bundled in the system that can easily be selected to output in any popular format. If you want your report in Word, Excel, as a PDF, text, HTML, XML, etc. it is as easy as double-clicking and changing the output format!

Below is a screen shot of the report list (on the left). Simply double-click to run the report for display (on the right).

Not only can the system use Microsoft Office spreadsheets and documents as reports, but the system uses Crystal Reports as the main reporting engine.

Crystal Reports©, from Business Objects, has won numerous awards over the years as the leading Windows reporting tool in the industry.

Custom Reports

Creating your own reports is a snap! Simply use the built-in Report Designer to customize or build the report, then add the report to the system by answering a few questions about its placement in the system and how it’s used, and you’re done! Anyone on the network will be able to immediately use the report once it’s added.

Unless you designate otherwise, reports are displayed within a print preview window with nice features for searching within the report, exporting to various formats (Rich Text Format, ASCII Text, Word or WordPerfect DOC, Excel WorkBook, Lotus 1-2-3 Spreadsheet, Adobe PDF, etc.), resizing, printer selection, and even the ability to email!

There are detailed reports on sales that show an analysis of what is selling best along with your worst sellers (by category) with nice graphs!

There are numerous inventory reports that show specific details such as quantities (stock level), costs by category, prices by category or price-point, aging reports (how long on the shelf), etc.

The reports can even show a picture of the inventory item if an image is assigned to the inventory item (as shown).

Numerous customer detail reports showing both lists and full-page details per customer. These reports can show their account history, over-due payments, thank-you cards, special bulk letters, best customers by region, etc.

This just touches the surface! There is a reporting package that can be customized to fit YOUR needs.
