EnterprisePOS can track your customers for repeat-business marketing! You can analyze your sales data and do trending on regions where sales are best (by customer addresses collected at the point-of-sale). This will allow you to focus your mailing lists on areas where your sales are best! EnterprisePOS even has a mass-emailing module! If you collect customer email addresses at the point-of-sale, you can send out mass emails to your customers on specials, holiday discounts, birthday or anniversary offers, etc.
Market specific products or specials using a number of different reports! For example, quickly do a search for all customers who's birthday is next month (if this is tracked at the point-of-sale). Send this customer list right to a special greetings card report that will print on nice pre-printed cards to your printer (see screen shot of report below showing 1 customer card). It will automatically print a greeting card for each customer in the list.
